  • “Products” refers to the solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related items offered on this Website.

2. Quotations and Orders

  • Quotations: All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD (or specify your currency) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and import duties.

  • Payment Terms: We accept payments via T/T Bank Transfer. For customized or bulk B2B orders, a deposit of 30% is required before production, and the balance is due before shipment.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Import Duties

  • Shipping: We ship to addresses globally as indicated during checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

  • Import Duties: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country. We do not cover these costs.

5. Refund and Returns Policy

We want to ensure you have a smooth experience with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Customized items or bulk B2B orders are exempt from returns unless they are defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video showing the damage to both the product and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, modified, subjected to misuse, clearance items, gift cards, or bulk wholesale orders (unless damaged upon arrival).

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Return Shipping: To return a product, you must contact us first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Please use a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
